Project Overview

During the NFT boom, I was inspired to digitize one of my dad's architectural designs. My dad is an architect known for designing massive structures—skyscrapers, stadiums, civic buildings—with a philosophy of buildings as bold artistic statements. He creates multiple representations of his designs: physical 3D models, 2D geometric prints that capture essence without detail, and sketches. I wanted to explore his work in the digital space using 3D modeling and rendering.

This project taught me 3D modeling workflows, GLTF asset preparation, HDRI environment lighting, and real-time rendering optimization. It remains incomplete—only one building is rendered, not his full body of work—and I never pursued the original plan to make it shareable in platforms like Roblox. But I still plan to expand this someday, rendering his entire catalog of designs as interactive 3D experiences.
